www.brekix.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing this 
website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

TX 75201, United States. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" 
refer to BREKIX.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your 
jurisdiction, to place an order on this website.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including 
materials, dimensions, and specifications. Colors may appear slightly 
different depending on your screen, and minor variations can occur 
between production batches.

Product images are for illustration. Lifestyle and room-setting images 
show the product in use and may include furniture, décor, or accessories 
that are not part of what you're buying. What's included is always listed 
in the "Package Includes" section on the product page.

4. Product Safety and Intended Use

Our products are home décor, storage, organization and lighting items 
intended for ordinary household use. They are not load-rated structural 
products, and we make no safety certification claims beyond those stated 
on the product page.

Please follow any instructions supplied with your product. For storage 
and shelving items, don't exceed the stated weight capacity or stack 
beyond the recommended height.

Lighting and electrical products are for indoor use only. Don't modify 
the wiring, use them with a damaged cable or adapter, or leave 
rechargeable units charging unattended for long periods. Discontinue use 
if a product becomes damaged.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change 
without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, update product 
information, and cancel any order affected by an error. If we cancel your 
order for that reason, you receive a full refund.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email acknowledges 
that we've received it; acceptance takes place when your order is 
dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where the 
product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment can't be 
verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund 
Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Payment Policy, each of which forms part 
of these Terms. In summary:

- We ship within the United States only, with an estimated delivery of 
  6–8 business days
- Shipping is free on all U.S. orders
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, at 
  no cost to you
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to interfere with its 
operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or 
customer data, or copy, reproduce or misuse our content without 
permission.

We may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

9. Intellectual Property

The BREKIX name, logo, website design, page layout, and our original 
written content — including our product descriptions — are the property 
of BREKIX and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Product photography is supplied by or licensed from our manufacturing and 
fulfillment partners and remains the property of its respective owners.

Where a product is sold under a manufacturer's brand name, that brand and 
any associated trademarks remain the property of the manufacturer. We are 
a retailer of those products, not their producer.

If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, contact us 
at support@brekix.com and we'll review and respond promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim 
relating to a product or your use of this website is limited to the 
amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for 
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, 
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BREKIX harmless against any claim arising 
from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.

12. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including our 
social media pages and our order tracking provider. We are not 
responsible for their content, security, or practices, and accessing them 
is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United 
States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website 
is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, 
Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force when you 
place your order is the version that applies to that order. Updates are 
posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
